After I've made the payment, when will the Premium/Advanced features be activated?
If you have subscribed to a Monthly Plan or Annual Plan and completed the online payment, you can immediately enjoy the Premium/Advanced features according to your plan. If you want to purchase a customised enterprise solution, please contact your KOL Radar account manager for a quotation.
After my payment was made, how can I confirm that the purchase was successful?
Upon successful payment, you will receive a KOL Radar receipt in your mailbox. You can also visit the “Account Settings” page to check the purchased plan and transaction details in “Program Content” and “Transaction History”. If you want to purchase solutions that are customised to your business, please contact your KOL Radar account manager to request a quotation.
When will my plan expire?
You can check the expiration date of your plan, transaction details, and usage permissions on the “Account Settings” page.
What will happen to the plans purchased before the new fee model starts? Will they be changed accordingly?
The plans you purchased prior to the beginning of the new pricing plan will not be affected and will remain in their original state.
For example, if you have purchased an annual plan that is valid until March 28, 2024, the transition to the new pricing plan version will occur after your subscription period expires and you renew it by paying with your card.
After the beginning of the new fee model, do I need to charge my card again to continue using the service?
We will automatically renew your subscription and charge the same version’s fee to your card after your plan’s expiration, while also applying the new pricing plan to lock in the influencer quota.
If I don't fully utilise the monthly influencer unlock quota, can I carry over the unused quota to the next month?
The influencer quota provided by the plan cannot be carried over or extended. It will reset to zero at the beginning of each month, and a new influencer unlock quota will be provided.
What should I do if I run out of the monthly influencer unlock quota?
You can purchase additional quota on the “Plan Details” page. Each purchase should be a minimum of 10. If you are on the Free plan, each purchase will cost USD 69 per time. Please refer to the above instructions for the purchasing discounts between different plans.
How long can unlocked influencer data be retained?
Unlocked influencer data can be stored for 180 days. Within these 180 days, if there are new data updates, you can use your quota to refresh the data. You can check the unlocked influencers and the unlock history in the “Plan Details” section.
Will the purchased unlock quotas expire if they are not used? When will they expire?
All purchased unlock quotas will expire after 180 days, just like the unlocked influencer data. They will become invalid if not used before the expiration date. Please consider your purchase carefully.
The platform will first utilize the soon-to-expire unlocking quota. You can check the validity date of the unlocking quota in the unlock record.
Why does the amount look strange when I choose to add Deep Report in the middle of the subscription period?
To ensure that each workspace has a fixed billing date, when you add Deep Report in the middle of the subscription period, we calculate the remaining time before the billing date and charge the Deep Report price proportionally. (Based on a 30-day month)
For example, if you have a Premium monthly plan with a billing date on 10th June, and you add Deep Report on 1st June, the charge will be calculated as 9/30 x USD 699 = USD 209.7 based on the remaining days. The full Professional plan fee plus Deep Report price, totaling USD 1,398, will be charged on 10th June (Deep Report: USD 699/month).
Can I cancel the purchase of Deep Report separately?
You can view and cancel the services you have currently added on the “Plan Details” page. Please note that we do not provide mid-subscription refunds. Instead, the service will be cancelled at the end of the billing date.
What should I do if I have remaining quotas when upgrading the plan?
When you upgrade from the Premium plan to the Advanced plan, we will deduct the remaining unlocked quotas proportionally from the expected cost of the next plan. The moment you upgrade will be your new billing date.
For example, if you are on the Premium monthly plan with a billing date of 30 June, and you upgrade to the Advanced plan on 15 June, the remaining days will be calculated proportionally. In this case, you will be charged USD 1,399 for the Advanced plan, with a deduction of 15/30 x USD 1,399 = USD 699.5. Therefore, you will be charged a total of USD 699.5.
Can I get a refund after making a purchase?
KOL Radar is considered a digital service product, and once purchased, you can immediately enjoy its features and services. Therefore, refund requests are not accepted. Please be aware of this before making a purchase. However, based on our customer service principles, if there are non-malicious refund requests due to technical issues or duplicate purchases, we can consider providing a refund.
Will my additional purchase credits be retained if I cancel the subscription plan?
Yes, regardless of your current plan, all the additional unlocked credits can be used for 180 days before they expire.
How can I make an online payment?
You can make the payment for the plan through the “Plan Details” section and proceed with the payment via a third-party platform (Stripe). When making payments through a third-party platform (Stripe), depends on your location, some banks will charge you a “foreign transaction fee” (approximately 1.5%). The exact percentage may vary depending on the bank. For detailed information, please consult your issuing bank.
Will I receive a receipt after purchase?
After your purchase is completed, KOL Radar will issue a paper receipt and send it to the address you filled in while purchasing. If the buyer is a company, please choose “Receipt (company)” while purchasing and the paper receipt with VAT number will be sent to you by post.
Can multiple accounts be used together?
Currently, we allow a maximum of 100 users to join each Workspace, so you are welcome to invite your colleagues to use KOL Radar together.
